Mrs. Mack (Mathis’) expertise is in the commissioning of utility and power generation and mission critical facilities. She has experience commissioning of hospitals, laboratories, office complexes, educational facilities, mission critical government facilities, and military installations. She began her commissioning career as a US Navy contractor in the VIRGINIA CLASS Submarine Program, E47 Test & Commissioning Engineering Group, Steam and Electric Plant. She was responsible for certification of the VIRGINIA Class Submarine and later worked as a Naval Systems Engineering Consultant with the VIRGINIA Class Submarine Program, Communication Combat Control and Intelligence System, C3I.

Prior to her employment with M3T Commissioning, Mrs. Mack served as a Project Manager on projects such as Ike Recovery – FEMA Projects at UTMB – Galveston for Children’s Hospital Testing Center and Keiller Laboratory (BSL-4), MD Andersen Cord Blood Bank Laboratory, CenterPoint Energy Addicks Operations and Data Center to name a few. Earlier in her building commissioning career Mrs. Mack served as Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer on the Ft Belvoir Community Hospital project in Alexandria, VA, where she received the United State Army Corp Engineer and Turner/Gilbane Excellence Award for Quality Assurance in October 2010.
