Career  experience:

Tarik Mack serves as Chief Operating Officer and Commissioning Agent for M3T Cx Authorities LLC, where he leads field operations, personnel coordination, quality control, and project execution across the company’s portfolio. A University of Wisconsin–certified Qualified Commissioning Process Provider, he brings more than 10 years of experience in technical commissioning and logistics, with specialized expertise in mechanical systems, HVAC, sustainability, fire and life safety, building enclosure, and whole-building air-tightness.

As M3T’s Global Coordinator, Tarik oversees personnel and job-site activities, maintains the quality and integrity of service delivery, and supports the successful execution of projects in complex and mission-critical environments. His experience includes IDIQ commissioning programs for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions and ExxonMobil Global Real Estate Facilities, supporting laboratories, refineries, chemical plants, service centers, office facilities, generator systems, HVAC replacements, and fire and life-safety projects. His ability to coordinate teams, resolve field challenges, and protect project schedules makes him a key operational leader for M3T’s commercial, industrial, federal, and military contracting work.

Tarik’s leadership approach is also shaped by eight years of active-duty service as a U.S. Army Sergeant. That experience, combined with his work in mission-critical government facilities, gives him a disciplined understanding of accountability, logistics, safety, quality assurance, and performance in highly regulated environments. He applies that same level of structure and attention to detail to every project, helping ensure that M3T consistently delivers reliable, technically sound commissioning services.
